At the foot of the mountain Øyfjellet (818 meters above sea level), by the shore of the river Vefsna, you find old buildings, warehouses and boathouses. Sjøgata is the old part of the town Mosjøen in Norway and this brings a special dimention to the Galleria artfestival.
